These 5 Signs Should Tell You To See Your Doctor Immediately

Do you feel anything strange with your body? Do you experience headaches frequently or anything that is unusual? Headaches

Headaches come every now and then especially when stressed or if dehydrated. But if you experience headaches all the time for a long time and does not go away in a week, then this is something you need to consult your doctor as soon as possible. Prolonged headaches can be symptoms of certain conditions like inflammation, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, infections, and other problems with the blood vessels including stroke. It can be a just simple sign of stress but it is always good to seek prevention rather than treatment.

 

Abdominal Pains

Any discomfort to any organ or around the abdomen can cause abdominal pains. It can also be just a simple bloating or indigestion. However, if you constantly experience abdominal pains, then probably, it is time to have it checked by the doctor. Abdominal pains can be the result of physical irregularities or illnesses including appendicitis, stomach ulcer, stomach infection, kidney stones etc. Signs and symptoms should not necessarily scare you. Do you need to panic when you have frequent abdominal pains? No. But it is something you should not overlook either.

Sudden weight loss or unexplained loss of weight can be an early sign of viral infection or overactive thyroid. It can also be a sign of early stages of cancer. If you are not on a diet or if your weight loss is not intentional, then you will have to seek medical advice and undergo laboratory tests so that the cause of your weight loss can be determined. Some cases of illnesses include but not limited to Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

 

Fatigue and Loss of Appetite

Lacking energy all the time accompanied by loss of appetite can be symptoms of several health conditions. It can be metabolic problems, depression, migraines, flu and common colds or it could already a chronic fatigue syndrome. Ask advice from your family physician so you can get the help you need early on and illnesses can be prevented.
