Personal Care and Daily Activities - Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. - Diaper changing and toileting assistance. - Feeding assistance and monitoring nutritional intake. - Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). - Maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and personal dignity. 2. PEG Tube Feeding and Specialized Care - Preparing and mixing prescribed meals for PEG tube feeding. - Administering feeds through a syringe or feeding bag. - Administering water and prescribed medications through the PEG tube, following medical instructions. - Cleaning and maintaining feeding equipment. - Following feeding schedules and monitoring the patient's general condition. 3. Mobility and Physical Assistance - Caring for patients with physical disabilities and limited mobility. - Using an electric patient hoist with a sling for safe lifting and transfers. - Transferring patients between bed, wheelchair, and other appropriate surfaces. - Repositioning patients in bed, including turning from side to side. - Assisting with mobility and maintaining patient comfort and safety. 4. General Health and Daily Monitoring - Assisting with prescribed medications. - Observing and reporting changes in the patient's condition. - Monitoring general well-being, nutrition, and personal hygiene. - Following medical instructions and care routines. - Accompanying patients to medical appointments when needed. 5.
