Updated social rights per year, according to the recent change in recuperation payment on September 2023.

Please note, the payment for recuperation ("havraa") is similar for all salaries, and the payment for vacation days in the table is for minimum wage.

We remind you, according to the law, payment for vacation should be given when the worker takes the vacation or when they finish the work. If the employer does not allow you to take vacation, make sure you document it, so they will pay when the time for vacation comes.
