I am a 35 year old female Olah Chadasha. I've cared for my brother with severe autism for many years and I’ve spent my career supporting people in various settings as a Support Worker in Mental Health Hospitals in London. This has given me a well-rounded foundation in person-centered care. That personal experience has taught me deep empathy, active listening, how to manage sensory and emotional needs. Professional-wise, I worked as a nursery assistant, where I developed patience, attentiveness, and a warm, supportive approach to care. I then transitioned into administrative roles within Mental Health hospitals and GP surgeries in London.
