Hello, We are looking for a live-in caregiver for my father, he is heavy, 150kg. Seeking someone with experience working with heavyset patients. We are seeking someone with availability to begin now, he is currently in hospital, but should be home within a few days time, once we find someone to assist at home with him. We have a separate room to live in, the house is kosher, and they are religious. He is 82 years old, and requires help with changing diapers, washing and dressing. He has very limited mobility, he can stand for short preioids, but needs help to walk, and to get up/sit down. My mother is 80 years old, and cannot mange this herself. If we need to rent any equipment to make the job easier, we will do so - if its an electric chair/helper to stand him up, or a bathing chair with wheels to wash him. Looking for someone who can also organise a replacement caregiver for their days off. We need someone who is okay with getting up at night, if he needs changing, and can work weekends as well (for additional pay as per the standard contracts - 426/weekend). The salary offered is the base, we add the weekly allowance (100 NIS/week) and food (200 NIS/week) to that, plus the legal payments of vacation, pension, health insurance and the social payments to bituach leumi. Non-smokers only please!
