We are looking for a caring and active individual to support a delightful 20-year-old young man with special needs. He lives with his parents, spending half the week in each home. We offer a 188 humanitarian visa. The position includes 2 daytime shifts and 3 night shifts per week, and one weekend every two weeks. The environment is warm and welcoming, with plenty of outdoor activities such as nature walks and basketball. He is independent but requires supervision day and night, along with assistance with certain tasks. A positive attitude is essential. A driver’s license is an advantage.
